Grilled Chicken and Avocado Topping This is one of my FAVORITE meals and it’s so easy!!! I do have to give credit to one of my husband’s co-workers for sharing this avocado topping with us! Chicken Taco Recipe! 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (I put mine in frozen!) Juice from 2 limes 1 packet of taco seasoning 1/2 cup water Directions: Add these ingredients into a crockpot.  Stir and cook on low 8-10 hours.  Even though the chicken will look done in 3 hours, let it go until 6 hours to make sure it’s fall apart tender!
